The Government has plans to build a hydro-electric dam at Pine Ridge however the people who live there, including the Weaver family, aren't so eager to give up their land and homes. To get things moving John Parker is dispatched to the rural area. However the local utility company stands to lose significantly if the dam is completed so they scheme to cause enough trouble to shut down the project and they don't care who gets hurt in the process. 65 minutes
