Based on the 1918 novel Twinkletoes: A Tale of the Limehouse by Thomas Burke. Colleen Moore is the titular Twinkletoes the dancing girl of London's Lime-house who finds herself in an unlikely romance with the local boxing champ Chuck Lightfood, played by Kenneth Harlan.
