Phil Rosen
(05/08/1888 - 10/22/1951)

Phil Rosen began his film career as a cinematographer with Edison in 1912, and soon begin working as a director. Rosen became a highy regarded director in the silent era, he directed 142 films from 1915 until 1949 and worked for Universal, Hodkinson, Paramount, MGM and FBO.
